Data & Privacy
All data (charts, readings, conversations) is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your birth chart is never shared without your explicit permission. The app uses minimal battery and data (typical usage: 5–10 MB per month).
Permissions Explained:
- Location: Required only for Vastu (to set compass direction and Panchang timezone). Disabled elsewhere.
- Camera: Required only for Vastu & Hastarekha (to photograph space or palm). Disabled for other features.
- Notifications: Optional. Disable in app settings if you prefer no alerts.
- Contacts: Not requested (Rajvidya does not access your contact list).
Troubleshooting
Q: I can't log in on the app.
A: Ensure you're using the exact email/phone linked to your Rajvidya account. If you signed up via Google, tap "Continue with Google" on the app. If you're getting a connection error, check your internet and try again.
Q: My charts aren't syncing from web to app.
A: Log out and log back in on the app to trigger a sync. If still stuck, uninstall and reinstall the app (your data is safe in the cloud).
Q: The compass isn't working for Vastu.
A: Ensure location permission is granted and your device has a compass sensor (all modern phones do). Restart the app if needed.
Q: Can I use the app offline?
A: Partial. Download your chart first (on the web or app when online). You can view charts offline but cannot perform new analyses or AI queries without internet.
