Understanding Rajvidya Credits

Credits are Rajvidya's flexible currency for generating reports and accessing premium features. Unlike traditional subscriptions, credits are:

  • Permanent: They never expire. Once purchased, credits remain in your wallet indefinitely until used.
  • Flexible: Use them when needed—no rush to consume before deadlines.
  • Granular: Pay only for what you use (1-2 credits per report, depending on complexity).

What Requires Credits?

Report Generation

  • 1 Credit: Birth Chart Report, Transit Report, any single Divisional Chart (D2, D9, D10, D60)
  • 2 Credits: Specialized Analysis (Career, Marriage, Health, Spiritual)
  • 4 Credits: Comprehensive Bundle (all reports for a single profile)

Advanced Features

  • Free Astrologer Tier: Included (unlimited white-label report generation for your practice)
  • PRO Tier: Included (12-month, with unlimited report generation)

Not Credit-Based

These are free:

  • Birth chart display and interactive analysis
  • Dasha timeline viewing
  • Transit monitoring
  • Profile management

Credit Expiry Policy: Never Expires

Permanent Balance

Unlike gift cards or vouchers:

  • Credits do NOT expire after 1 year, 2 years, or any timeframe
  • Old credits mix seamlessly with new credits (FIFO—first purchased, first used)
  • You can purchase today and use the credits in 5 years

Why This Matters

Rajvidya's no-expiry policy means:

  • For casual users: Buy credits when needed; no pressure to rush
  • For professionals: Build a credit reserve for busy seasons
  • For families: Pool credits across family members without deadline stress

Viewing Your Wallet

Wallet Dashboard

Access from Profile → Wallet & Credits. Shows:

  • Current credit balance (main account + any bonus credits)
  • Purchase history with timestamps
  • Credits used in the past 30 days
  • Refund requests and status

Transaction History

  • All credit purchases (with invoice links)
  • All credit usage (which reports were generated)
  • Promotional credits added (if any)

Refund & Credit Policies

Unused Credits

If you regret a purchase:

  • Within 7 days: Full refund to original payment method, no questions asked
  • After 7 days: Credits are permanent (no refunds), but remain forever usable

Used Credits (Reports Generated)

No refunds on reports generated. However, if you encounter a technical error:

  • Report generation fails and credits aren't charged
  • Rajvidya automatically credits your account if a report corrupts on download

Subscriptions (Passes)

Monthly and quarterly passes can be cancelled anytime:

  • Cancellation takes effect next billing cycle
  • Unused credits from current period remain in wallet
  • No cancellation fees

Gift Credits (Coming Soon)

Rajvidya plans to launch "Gift Credit" functionality:

  • Purchase credit gift cards for friends/family
  • Redeem codes via email or shared link
  • Bonus referral credits for inviting friends

FAQs

Q: Can I share credits with family?

A: Credits are tied to individual accounts. To share, one family member should operate a shared "family account" with multiple profiles.

Q: Do credits roll over monthly?

A: Yes. Unlike monthly passes which reset, accumulated credits persist indefinitely across months and years.

Q: What if I run out of credits mid-report?

A: Rajvidya reserves the minimum credits before starting. If you don't have enough, a prompt appears to add credits before proceeding.

Smart credit management puts report generation power in your hands—buy when you want, use when you need, never waste on expiry dates.
