Jatak Alankaar holds that if the Lagna lord, 5th lord, and 9th lord are all located in Trik houses (the 6th, 8th, or 12th), or if the lord of the 5th house from Jupiter is placed in a Trik house, the native will suffer from a lack of progeny. Additionally, Jataka Parijata notes that when malefic planets occupy the 5th house from Jupiter, the Lagna, or the Moon, and are completely devoid of association or aspect from benefic planets, childlessness must be pronounced. Jataka-Parijata also states that if a malefic planet is conjoined with the lord of the 6th house and placed in the 5th house, it indicates an affliction such as an ulcer or a wound to the relative associated with that house (representing the native's child).
