The same text also states that marriage is possible when either the Moon or Jupiter transits the 2nd house counted from the lord of the Navamsa occupied by the Lagna Lord.
The overall prosperity associated with these relationships is also dependent on the 5th and 7th houses. Jataka Parijata states that if the 5th or 7th house from the Lagna or the Moon is occupied or aspected by a benefic planet or its own lord, prosperity in the form of sons and a wife is indicated.

When strong benefic planets aspect or conjoin the Lagna or 7th lords, the yoga's expression is refined, steering the native toward stable, prosperous, and socially accepted relationships rather than uncontrolled promiscuity.
