Kundli Matching runs a full compatibility analysis between two charts — classical 36-point Guna Milan, the South Indian 10-kuta system, Jaimini soul-contract scoring, dasha timing overlap, and a weighted Manglik intensity check. It costs 20 credits per pair and, unlike every other paid module on the site, is licensed to a pair of charts, not one chart.
Before you start
You need two saved charts — both people must already have a profile. There is a free 36-point Guna Milan preview shown before you pay, so you can judge basic compatibility before committing credits to the full report.
Step 1 — Open Match-making
In the sidebar, under Life Analytics, click Match-making / Guna Milan. Choose a chart for Boy's Profile and a chart for Girl's Profile, then click Runs Holistic Analysis.
Selecting the same chart in both fields is blocked immediately with an error and costs nothing.
Step 2 — Understand the pair-based unlock
Paying once unlocks that specific pair of charts, in either order — swapping who is Boy and who is Girl does not cost a second payment. But every different pair of charts is a separate purchase. An astrologer comparing one client against three prospective partners pays for three separate pairs, not once for the client.
Step 3 — Reading the compatibility score card
The headline is an overall percentage match, built from eleven pillars — far more than the classical 36-point Guna Milan alone, including South Indian Dashakoota, Jaimini soul-contract scoring, dasha timing overlap, and house-by-house resonance for wealth, home, children and career.
Critical Deal-Breaker Alerts surfaces Rajju, Vedha and Nadi dosha only when they are not already cancelled by other factors in the chart — if this box is absent, it means none of these three applied, not that they weren't checked.
Step 4 — Know Manglik here is a scored intensity, not a yes/no
The report checks Manglik (Kuja) Dosha for both charts, but under the hood it is a continuous 0-100 intensity score with cancellation logic, not the traditional simple yes/no. A chart can be technically Manglik but scored Moderate rather than High, and cancellation factors can reduce the practical concern even when the raw placement is present. Read the intensity and cancellation notes together, not the label alone.
Common mistakes
- Assuming one payment covers a chart against everyone. It only covers that one specific pair.
- Treating the absence of a Deal-Breaker box as "not checked." It means checked and clear.
- Reading Manglik as strictly yes or no. It is a graded intensity with possible cancellation.
- Editing either person's birth details after paying. Changing DOB, time, place, ayanamsa or house system on either chart invalidates the cached report and it recomputes fresh — though the pair's paid access itself stays intact.
If something goes wrong
- "Please select two different charts to compare." The same chart cannot be matched against itself.
- "Planetary data missing. Please calculate charts first." One or both charts need to finish calculating before matching can run.
- "Insufficient Credits." Top up before unlocking; the price shown is per pair.
