Cancellation & Refund Policy

RAJVIDYA ASTRO, a platform by RAJVIDYA TECHNOLOGIES, operates on a Prepaid Digital Credit model. By purchasing a plan, you are acquiring a specific volume of “Vedic Credits” to be used for real-time data analysis and report generation.

1. Credit Validity & No-Expiry Policy

Unlike traditional subscription models, credits purchased on RAJVIDYA ASTRO do not expire. Once added to your account, they remain available for your use indefinitely, provided your account remains in good standing and the platform remains operational.

2. Refund Eligibility — The “Seven-Day Window”

To ensure a fair experience while protecting our intellectual property and server resources, we offer a limited refund window:

  • Full Refund (0% Consumption): You are eligible for a 100% refund of your purchase price if the request is made within 7 days of the transaction, provided that zero (0) credits have been used from that specific purchase.
  • Partial Consumption (No Refund): Once any portion of a credit pack has been utilized (even a single credit used to view a module or generate a report), the entire transaction becomes Non-Refundable.

Reasoning: Our pricing is tiered; higher-value plans offer a significant discount per credit. We do not allow partial refunds on remaining credits to prevent the exploitation of bulk-discount pricing. Because our “Vedic Intelligence” engine performs immediate, server-intensive computations and delivers proprietary logic at the moment of consumption, the service is considered “fully rendered” upon the use of a credit.

3. No “Cancellation” Required

Since RAJVIDYA ASTRO does not use recurring billing or auto-renewal, there is no need to cancel your plan. You will never be charged automatically. You only pay when you choose to “Top-Up” your credits.

4. Technical Errors & Duplicate Charges

  • Duplicate Transactions: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same credit pack due to a payment gateway lag, we will process a 100% refund of the duplicate charge.
  • Non-Delivery of Credits: If your payment is successful but credits are not reflected in your dashboard due to a technical glitch, please contact us. We will either manually allocate the credits or provide a full refund within 5-10 working days at your preference.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strive for 100% user satisfaction. We strongly encourage users to contact support@rajvidya.com to resolve any balance or billing discrepancies before initiating a dispute with their bank.

Policy on Disputes: Raising a chargeback after credits have been consumed is considered a violation of our EULA. In such cases, RAJVIDYA TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to permanently suspend the user account and associated data.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria (within 7 days and 0 credits used), please email support@rajvidya.com with the following details:

  • Subject: Refund Request – [Your Order ID]
  • Your Registered Email ID
  • Confirmation that no credits from the new pack have been used
