Final Transaction Policy

Payment for individual modules or PDF report generation is for the service of high-speed server computation and is non-refundable once the data is accessed.

Software Subscriptions

Subscription cycles (Monthly/Yearly) for the Rajvidya SaaS can be managed and cancelled from the User Dashboard. Access remains valid until the current cycle expires.

Charge Error Recovery

In the event of a technical debit without product activation, a 100% refund is processed within 5-7 working days.
