End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between you (“User”) and RAJVIDYA TECHNOLOGIES (“Company”), governing your access to and use of the RAJVIDYA ASTRO platform, including all associated algorithms, data-processing logic, report layouts, and digital services.

1. Grant of License

RAJVIDYA TECHNOLOGIES grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use RAJVIDYA ASTRO solely for your personal or professional consulting purposes, subject to the terms of your active subscription plan. You are renting access to the software — you do not own the code, algorithms, or any underlying intellectual property.

2. Intellectual Property

All software code, algorithms, data-processing logic, report layouts, UI designs, analytical engines, and system architectures are the sole and exclusive property of RAJVIDYA TECHNOLOGIES. No part of this software, algorithm, or data-processing logic may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission from the Company.

3. Report Ownership

Every report generated through RAJVIDYA ASTRO, including its specific layout, logical flow, and analytical framework, is the intellectual property of RAJVIDYA TECHNOLOGIES. Users may share reports with their clients for informational purposes but may not rebrand, modify, or claim authorship of the report structure or logic.

4. Service Disclaimer & Liability

RAJVIDYA ASTRO is a digital analytical tool provided “As-Is” for research and informational purposes. The accuracy of reports is dependent on the data provided by the user. Our data-processing engine is a tool for self-reflection and does not constitute a license to practice medicine, law, or financial advising. RAJVIDYA TECHNOLOGIES shall not be held liable for any decisions made by the user or their clients based on reports generated by this platform.

5. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the software or any part thereof
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Use the platform to provide competing commercial services without a commercial license
Share your account credentials with third parties
Scrape, harvest, or extract data or algorithms from the platform
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or watermarks

6. Subscription & Termination

Access is granted on a subscription basis. RAJVIDYA TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted hereunder shall immediately cease.

7. Data Privacy

User data, including birth details and chart information, is stored securely and encrypted. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. For detailed information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RAJVIDYA TECHNOLOGIES be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
