All the ancient classics describe the ill effects of Adhyashana. Charaka mentioned it as a prime causative factor for Grahani dosha. It is also said that Adhyashana can cause severe and incurable diseases or even death.

  2. Dont eat next meal or food until you feel full hunger
  3. Dring hot water
  4. Drink plain ginger tea
  5. Take aampachak medicines
