Removal of Nails, Mustache, and Beard

Guidelines

According to Ayurvedic principles, it is advised to trim nails, mustache, and beard after five nights (or five days). Head hair should also be cut during this period. This practice is believed to lead to gains in dignity, longevity, purity, and radiance.
