Sloka:
"न वेगितोऽन्यकार्येः स्यान्न वेगारनारयेद्बलात्।
कामशोकभयक्रोधान्मनोवेगान्निवारयेत्॥"
Translation: "When there is an urge for evacuation, one should not suppress it. Neither should one force it when it’s not naturally present. Suppressing natural urges or excessive emotions leads to disease."
- Time of Evacuation: Upon waking, before consuming any food or drink, one should eliminate waste. Early morning is ideal as it follows natural bodily rhythms.
- Hygiene: Practice thorough hand and body cleansing post-evacuation to maintain hygiene and prevent infections.
- Position and Breath Awareness: Ensure a relaxed, comfortable posture and breathe deeply, as it aids in a smooth and complete evacuation.
- Avoid Suppression: Suppressing natural urges can lead to imbalances in the body, including issues with digestion and mental clarity.
