- It is best to perform the feet oil massage in the evening or before bedtime, as it promotes relaxation and improves sleep quality.

Technique:
- Posture: Sit comfortably in a quiet place where you can focus on the massage.
- Application:
- Pour a small amount of warm oil onto your palms.
- Begin by gently rubbing the oil onto the soles of your feet using your thumbs, applying even pressure.
- Gradually work your way to the toes, massaging each toe individually, and then move to the top of the foot.
- Ensure to massage the ankles, heel, and arch of the foot as well.

- Spend at least 5-10 minutes on each foot for effective benefits.

- After the massage, you may choose to leave the oil on for a few hours or overnight for maximum absorption. Wearing cotton socks can help keep the oil in place and protect your bedding.

“पादाभ्यड्रस्तु स्ुस्थय नद्राराषटंप्रसादळुत् ।
पाद्खुतिभ्रमस्तम्मसंकोचस्फुरनप्रणुत् ॥ ६१॥”
