Sloka:

"दिनचया निव्याचयाम्दतुचया यथोदिताम्‌।
पुरूषः संव्यवहरन्सदा तिष्ठाते नान्यया ॥१॥"

Translation: Adhering to the recommended daily (dinacharya) and nightly routines allows a person to live with health and happiness. Failing to do so may lead to imbalances and eventually to disease and suffering.
